Ripening 3-4 weeks ahead of the rest of the varieties that are all sold under the Pink Lady trademark, Early Pink Lady (Maslin strain®) is a bud sport, making it possible to grow this crunchy and fragrant fruit in maritime and other areas where the normal variety of Pink Lady won't ripen. Also considered low chill; 400 hours to set fruit reliably.
