Syringa x hycinthiflora 'Pocahontas'

Pocahontas Lilac, a hardy Canadian hybrid, boasts early blooming that precedes the French varieties. Its single dark purple florets, from very dark purple-maroon buds, are highly fragrant and abundant. Widely considered one of the best Lilac varieties available.
