Snowsweet apples don't just taste great, they look great! The fruit has a snow-white flesh and a crispy crunch that’s sweet, a little tart, and perfect for fresh eating. Snowsweet is top-rated pick for salads as it remains crisp and resists browning (oxidizing) long after cutting.

The tree has a slightly drooping, open shape with moderate vigor. Snowsweet is also disease-resistant to scab and fire blight. Fruit stores up to 2 months on average. Ideal for northern climates with cool summers. U of M variety, introduced in 2006.
