Please note this product is sold in bundles of 5.

This apple rootstock can be maintained at only four to six feet in height. It is well suited for growing in a container or a small yard. Trees grafted on EMLA 27 bear early and heavily. It needs staking. It is hardy to -25 deg. F.

All rootstocks are roughly 1/4" diameter, approximately pencil-size.

    That is not a problem! We do not have a minimum order size on our rootstock.

Rootstocks look good, except 1 Fameuse has not leafed out yet as of 6/15/25.

BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered this rootstock and one other variety back in April and I still haven't received it yet at the end of May. I asked for a refund since grafting season is now over. I did not get a response. This sucks.

excellent quality

I ordered 40 of these and am currently grafting the scions I'm testing. I found these rootstocks to be very well rooted, long and easy to work with (cut whip/tongue). Really couldn't be better.

We'll see how well the rootstock works for potted trees but that's independent of the product quality.
