I thought my bush didn't arrive but it was in the bare roots of my other plant. It is doing well!

Have 2 little buds!

I planted my salmonberry 1.5 weeks ago, and I have 2 little buds on it. It has many branches that don't have buds, but 1 branch as 2. So I'm hopeful!

Salmonberry as a gift

I purchased the salmonberry as a gift for my daughter and her fiance, who recently purchased their first home. When I showed my daughter the marionberry plant I purchased for my yard, she related that her fiance preferred salmonberries. As a surprise I ordered the salmonberry plant.

The salmonberry plant arrived good condition, well packed and without injury. It took me a day to unpack it and pot it. It now doing fine, it's buds swelling in anticiption of spring in Washington State.

It is a lovely plant. I am only sorry I did not order one for myself: Next year's purchase.

Salmonberry

Barefoot plant was received in good condition with roots that had not dried out. No evidence of disease was noted. Plant as potted up and has grown new leaf from bud at base of plant. Pleased with plant received so far.
