QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Would it work if I plant an early and a mid season variety, or do they need to produce about the same time?

They need to FLOWER at the same time, roughly, to cross pollinate. Check our Apple Growing Guide for details.

  • What is the size of the plant?/when will it bear fruit?

The plant is 4'-5' when shipped and should start bearing within 2-3 years of planting if all goes well.

Beautiful tree

This crabapple is just beautiful. Lots of pink and white blooms on a nice upright tree. Fruit is also very attractive; golden with red blush. Planning to purchase more to complement the Evereste I currently have.
