Just planted 11 of the 18 trees from raintree

Just planted 11 of the 18 trees from raintree. All, including Melrose apple were in beautiful shape. I look forward to the progress over the next few years.

Reliable Producer with Good Flavor

I've had the Mini-Dwarf Melrose for 10 years. My tree is about 4 feet tall. It produces close to 150 medium-size, great-tasting apples per year even without a pollinizer. (I had a Honeycrisp, but it snapped during a storm 2 years ago.) I bag the apples with organza bags and do not use chemicals or fertilizer other than grass clippings. There have been absolutely no disease problems.
