Viburnum bodnantense 'Dawn'

This upright, narrow shrub reliably produces clusters of deliciously fragrant, pink flowers on bare stems from fall to spring, right through the gloom of winter. In fall, brilliant scarlet foliage decorates the plant, which can grow to 10' tall or easily be kept smaller.
