Bad time with UPS, Great Customer Care from Raintree.

As the title implies, my order ran into some trouble durring shipping. The package was recieved decently beat up and with an end torn open. My two orders of Strawberries had slipped out the torn open end of the box somewhere along the way. UPS basically told me "Sorry, not gonna do anything.", I contacted Raintree the next day and emailed a few pictures to the customer care person. Within two days of reaching out to Raintree I had two replacement packs on their way. 10/10 for Raintree customer care, it wasn't their fault and they still didn't hesitate to make it right.

I love the confidence knowing that anything and everything I order has thrived. I won't get my trees and bareroots anywhere else.
