This thornless winner produces some of the weighty blackberry fruits you can grow - up to 10 grams per berry! It is abundantly productive, with large, especially tasty fruit. Disease-resistant and no need for a trellis for this one. Developed at University of Arkansas and especially good for growers in areas with humid summers.
Strongly upright grower establishes quickly and vigorously; will produce canes 3-6 ft tall. Ripens just after sister variety Navaho and 15 days later than its other sister Arapaho. Tolerant of anthracnose and resists orange rust. 400-500 chill hours.
