Clockwork Blueberry
Vaccinium corymbosum 'Clockwork' USPP24,638
Clockwork Blueberries excel in being used for premium quality processed goods. Its growth habit is upright, the crown is narrow, and the ripening period is highly concentrated. These medium-sized berries boast intense flavor and aroma, and are also high in brix. Clockwork holds up well in freezer trials, with excellent flavor and texture. As a newcomer in the commercial market with the potential for a single harvest, we strongly advocate for the Clockwork Blueberry to be planted in the Pacific Northwest or other similar regions in the U.S. Chill requirement 800–1000 hours.
