Each branch will be labeled.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Is this only one tree? or is it "Trees"? It says "all on one self-fertile tree" but later in the description it says "trees include 5 of the following"

This is one tree with multiple compatible varieties grafted onto a single trunk.

Doing well so far

I planted this bare root last spring and it's doing well, just flowered again this year and has some cherries forming on one branch. Unfortunately deer came through last year and chewed up my trees so that set them back a bit. I have everything fenced off and secure now so I'm looking forward to seeing the progress.

Tree arrived in great condition and all five grafts are in great health. They blossomed the first week in the ground!

It died

I was so excited about this tree. I bought it for myself for Mother’s Day. It bloomed after it was planted but after that each branch slowly died over the course of summer. It was a total bummer. What I didn’t realize until too late was that there was only a short window for addressing problems. Total bummer again.

Also, some of the grafted branches were tiny branches. I’m surprised Raintree even sends out such small graftings.

I don’t think I’ll be buying a combo tree from Raintree again.
