Long John Plum

This young tree arrived well boxed with the bare roots moist in wet packing. Unlike so-called gallon container trees which are just a pencil sized twig in a pot that you can hold in your hand, this one was a well branched small tree. I planted it the day it arrived, and once in the ground, it was four feet tall. The bottom of the trunk was about an inch in diameter (bigger than my thumb) with a well made graft.
