Mott's Pink Apple
Malus domestica 'Mott's Pink'
A fantastic pink-fleshed apple! With fruit that's tart, firm, crisp, and very juicy, it's refreshing for fresh eating and makes a delicious pink apple sauce. The tree is productive, bearing loads of medium size yellow fruit with a pink blush to each apple's flesh that varies from apple to apple and season to season.
While most red-fleshed apples have a red tint to their leaves, Mott's Pink leaves remain a true green - but the spring blooms are a delightful dark pink! Fruit ripens in early to midseason.
