Opal European Plum

we purchased an European Opel Plum tree in memory of a loved one. The tree arrived in great shape. The potting instructions were easy to follow, and the tree was budding within days. Thank you for a great start on preserving great memories. We'll be ordering again.

The first Opal I bought from Raintree was amazing in Tacoma, WA. In a good year, it had a high yield of ~23 Brix plums that were like giant firm seedless grapes. They were also freestone.
I have planted one in NE Ohio, and hope to get some good plums from this tree.

My order came in perfectly as always the tree needed only minor root pruning and I like my trees to branch a little lower so I did top it. My 1/4 acker .back yard is now full of fruit trees.

Shipping was professional, trees intact, planted easily.
