AKA Espiguette (ESP)374. An upright pinot droit-style clone, originally from Jura. An ENTAV selection, certified in 1975. An unusual clone, with little available data.
One of the most promising red wine grapes for cool climates, usually needing between 1600-1900 GDD (Growing Degree Days) to ripen. Hardy in USDA Zone 5-9. Ripens in Sept.
