They arrived timely and in great shape. Sadly, the baby bunnies that somehow got through the chicken wire fencing that I put around them thought that they tasted great. Hoping that they recover.

Great!

Rose was well packaged, healthy, and a good size. I would definitely order again. Customer support was also very helpful prior to ordering (confirmed this rose was own root). Thank you!

Overall Quality is A++++

This by far the best quality live rose I have ordered online. The plant looks great and doing well! I highly recommend Raintree Nursery. I hope this rose will thrive in our Z4 winter. Thanks again!

Roses in terrible condition!

I received two stressed and diseased Rosarium Uetersen climbing roses in terrible condition. One rose has black spot and the other rose was so wilted, it did not recover after watering. Contacted customer service for refund and was told " ... spotting on the older leaves is not black spot - it's simply age and the difficulty of having roses in unheated greenhouses over the winter in our warmish climate - any little boost of warmth gets leaves developing, then the cold and wet comes back and saps them of their vitality. I can tell they are older leaves since the new uprights are coming up at the leaf petiols. Please feel free to remove the old leaves once the new leaves have emerged. The wilting of the the new growth is disappointing, to be sure."

Offer a 50% credit for the early loss of the new growth on the wilted rose. Unacceptable! Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any plants in future from Raintree Nursery.
