Rugen Alpine Strawberry
Beautiful, upright plants, about 8 inches tall, are exceptional additions to the edible landscape, in rockeries, border plantings and other sites where they will fill in and cover an area quickly. The everbearing plants produce 3/4 inch, elongated, red berries with sweet flavor. First cultivated 250 years ago in France, these Alpine natives grow well in either sun or shade. Space them about one foot apart. Sold in 4" pots.
