From Florida, it thrives in the South and can be grown in other areas with moderate winters and humid summers. This medium-size tree, up to 20 feet, is productive and has early-ripening, very tasty, large (to 1.5") black fruit and lovely, big, heart-shaped leaves.
Considered reliably resistant to popcorn disease in hot and humid climates.
