Stella Cherry
Prunus avium 'Stella'
Stella is a black, firm, juicy, heart-shaped cherry from Canada. Because Stella is self-fertile, it makes an ideal selection for a backyard grower without space for two sweet cherry trees.
The tree is productive and the fruit is of excellent quality. Stella is moderately resistant to bacterial canker, and requires only 400 hours below 45F to successfully produce fruit.
