QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Would these be able to be planted under fruit trees in a home orchard?

Probably not, they need a totally different soil condition. More acidic (4 to 5.5) and more rocky/sandy for drainage.

  • Do deer eat these plants?

Yes, cranberries are not deer resistant.

Great plants!

My plants arrived in very good condition, healthy and still damp from the send off. I've had them in the ground now for almost a month and they are still doing well! Hoping to get some cranberries in a couple or three years!

Cranberries

I know that for the last few years getting a cranberry plant was not possible due to to crop failure. Getting one this year is great but the plant was very small for the price. I hope to baby it and that it will grow and be happy in my garden since what there is of it does look healthy. It just seems pretty expensive of such a small plant.
