Tallahatchie® Paw Paw
Asimina triloba 'Tallahatchie'
What makes Tallahatchie® paw paw a new and exciting addition to our pawpaw collection is its amazing flavor. Sweet and mellow, with floral notes, but strong and consistent enough to make the most delicious ice creams and puddings!
Tallahatchie paw paw tends to bear large clusters which are impressive to see! The fruit clusters ripen unevenly from mid to late season, extending the harvest. Fruit averages about 9 ounces, with a favorable fruit-to-seed ratio of about 5% by volume (which is great for paw paws!).
