  • Astringent Is Prairie Dawn astringent or non astrigent?

    Unless fully bletted (extremely ripe) they are astringent. If they are fully ripe they are sweet.

  • Is the fruit crunchy?

    When it is ripe it is not crunchy.

  • Is the height listed the pruned height? Ive seen other American persimmons that seem to get rather tall. Thank you.

    15 feet is the "managed height" meaning it will get a little taller than that over time, but more slowly, and it is easily maintained.
