Produces a semi-dwarf apple tree from 11-16 feet tall. Trees can begin bearing in 3-4 years. It is cold hardy to -35 degrees F. and does well on wet soils. Suckers need to be removed each year. May need ongoing support if site is windy and fruit loads are large.

emla 7 apple tree rootstock

i have grafted 4 trees from the rootstock after 1 week they're looking great, i will not make a final judgement untill 6 weeks have passed. fingers crossed they stay looking great.

Top quality

Top quality all round. From the plants themselves, to the way they are packed, to on time arrival. Can't ask for more from a nursery. Well worth a 5 star rating in my opinion and they're reminiscent of how we used to expect good businesses to be. I'll be back !!
