  • Does the shuksan do well in partial sun or full sun? Thanks

    It does well enough in 6 hours of sun, but better in 8 or more.

Quality Plants

I pre-ordered the set, and they shipped promptly once March rolled around. All 25 starts were of a decent size with strong root systems and are already starting to set new leaves! Very happy with the quality of the bare root plants, and looking forward to a productive year.

In comparison to the last couple of years' bare root plants, this years' look fantastic. All 25 plants look viable with strong root systems. I just (finally) replaced some old strawberry plants in a mixed-native wild life garden. The combination of campanulas, violas, and aquilegias among the strawberries make for excellent pollination rates and healthy predator populations of pests that like to eat strawberries. Not conventional, I know, but effective. I'll wait to see how the plants settle in and grow, but I'm hopeful!
