Honeywood, named for the Honeywood Winery in Oregon, is one special currant. Like most red currants, the Honeywood currant can be eaten fresh, made into jam, or dried - but where this currant really shines is when made into a fruit wine like Honeywood has been doing for decades! You have to try it!
