Black Lace® has beautiful, inky purple/black foliage that is finely cut like a Japanese maple. Enjoy the pink blooms and a light harvest of edible black fruit. Plant it as a dramatic accent; having another S. nigra nearby may increase the yield slightly, but this plant really shines for its ornamental, not fruiting, qualities.
