Huge Cherry

Well, I made a mistake and ordered a standard sized tree when I thought I ordered a semi-dwarf. So, we rolled with it and planted it at the far western edge of our new, tiny orchard. (It used to be a front lawn. Hah!) It arrived in excellent condition and I have high hopes.

No combo tree again from raintree nursery

I wouldn't buy any combo tree from them again. I bought the 4-in-1 cherry tree back in March this year and after six months I noticed there is one grafted branch never developed any leaves. The dead branch is too thin(thinner than a chopstick) and not fully attached to the rootstock. It looks like it attaches to the tree still, but it can be moved up and down. Too bad I miss their Aug 1st guarantee deadline, so now I am left with a 3-in-1 cherry tree. No combo tree from them anymore.

I got all of my trees and raspberry bushes in the mail in the time frame they told me to expect them. Everything was packaged well and there was no damage to anything during shipping. The cherry tree has sprouted many leaves. It’s looking good.
