Crimson Night raspberry, an new everbearing variety developed by Cornell University for small scale farmers and home gardeners, is a rich, dark red berry that almost appears purple! This variety is highly flavorful and packed with antioxidants, making it a valuable addition to any backyard berry patch. Shorter canes make it easy to corral your patch.
The plants are compact (especially in colder northern locations), disease resistant, and produce both a spring crop on last year's canes, and fall crop on the current year's growth. Not a black raspberry and not susceptible to raspberry mosaic virus.
