Rubus idaeus 'Crimson Night'

Crimson Night raspberry, an new everbearing variety developed by Cornell University for small scale farmers and home gardeners, is a rich, dark red berry that almost appears purple! This variety is highly flavorful and packed with antioxidants, making it a valuable addition to any backyard berry patch. Shorter canes make it easy to corral your patch.

The plants are compact (especially in colder northern locations), disease resistant, and produce both a spring crop on last year's canes, and fall crop on the current year's growth. Not a black raspberry and not susceptible to raspberry mosaic virus.

Great producer, lots of berries all season. These plants give me the majority of my raspberries and puts out lots of suckers. Easy to pull if you don't want them or they take well to being potted up and shared.

No roots

I was disappointed with these plants because they had no root development and died within a week of being planted.
