Vaccinium vitis-idaea 'Koralle'

A popular, vigorous, bushy plant with an upright growth habit (12" to 15" tall) that makes it easy to harvest. It produces pea-sized fruit along the upper half of the stem and even fruits the first year! Very high in antioxidants. Its leaves are medium green, berries are bright red, and it is quicker to spread by rhizomes than other selections. This German version yields moderately in both in summer and fall, which makes for a great yearly harvest!

Scandinavians love these fantastic edible evergreen ground covers that produce delicious cranberry-like berries great for sauces, jellies and cooking. They are attractive and easy-to-grow in your garden with bright red fruits the size of a small blueberry. These beautiful and productive groundcover plants are under-utilized and a must for American gardeners in cooler regions. They are also great grown in a pot when the sunny side is protected. Provide 1 Red Pearl as a pollinizer for each 10 plants for best yields, but any other variety will also act as a pollinizer. Hardy to USDA Zone 4.

Healthy looking plants

Excited to receive the plants undamaged and green with some blossoms. Only concern is that they appear root bound so paying extra attention to keeping the soil moist.

They deleted my review because of its honesty

I wrote a honest review about this product and it got deleted because of how true it was. They use to have this item listed hardy up to zone 8. Which is completely false. When someone looks for a plant they go from hardiness zone. I bought this plant and for some reason it started drying out mid summer. To further research this variety is only hardy zone 7. When I told them about it. They said it was my fault for putting it in a pot and "not there misinformation. Months later they completely changed there description and deleted my review.
