New Jersey colonists started planting apple orchards in the 17th century, providing fruit for both eating and making cider - the favored drink of the day. By the end of the colonial period, Newark Cider (made from blending the juices of 4 specific varieties of apple) was renowned for its superior flavor and even fueled a thriving industry in "counterfeit champagne". Now you can try it for yourself with this collection of cider apple trees and get 15% off!

Bundle contains:

Apple cider was once the most sought-after beverage in America, so valuable it was considered as good as gold and better than cash. That popularity would persist for centuries before cider gave way to beer as the drink of choice in the early 1900s. Fortunately, apple cider is making a comeback, and these trees, once rare in the landscape, are making a comeback right along with it!
